Inspiring glance of Ali is the best image from a group of four that Andy completed of the boxer in 1978. The piece is signed and numbered in felt pen at lower right by “Andy Warhol” in an edition #147/150. Stunningly commandeered screenprint on Strathmore Bristol paper measures 40x30”. Printed by Rupert Jasen Smith of New York, it bears the papermaker’s chop mark and has the Warhol copyright stamp in black on the verso. Mint in its original frame.
