Major league pitcher and longtime scout Bill Werle wore this NRMT American League Championship ring while working for the Baltimore Orioles. The words "BALTIMORE ORIOLES" surround an amber gem on the top. Werle's name and the orange Orioles script are displayed on one side and the year 1979 along with the black and orange Oriole bird swinging a bat on the other. Stamped "LGB" by the manufacturer, Balfour, along with "10K". Prior to his scouting gig with Baltimore, Werle pitched six seasons for the Pirates, Cardinals and Red Sox.
