There was an error in the catalog display for lots 4 and 6. The photo for lot 4 is the display for lot 6 and vice versa.
A special event in Beatles history as this was their first performance wearing suits. One of Brian Epstein's first requirements of the group was to have them outfitted in tailored suits by local clothier Beno Dorn. He knew this new appearance would open up considerably more booking opportunities for them. And yes, the Beatles are the "Band to be announced"! This was the first of three appearances at this upscale venue. Another artifact recovered from the files of the Seaview Press. Ex. 6"x 8".
