Represented here is the late 19th Century, Turn of the Century, and early 20th Century photography, in a collection (23) certain to please the eyes and enlighten our love for baseball history, these great images range in size from 3 ½ x 2 ½” to 17x23”, and include all types of photographic processes. There is a small 1860's tin type of a young boy in baseball uniform holding ball, an 1890's Bloomer Girls advertising cabinet card, a stereoview card of troops in Germany during WWI introducing baseball, a 19th century town ball game scene, a USS New York baseball team photo, a 1915 Grantley Park Athletic Club baseball team composite (mounted), and more. Few are mounted, matted or framed, and the average condition is VG-EX.
