"The Giants win the Pennant" is probably the most famous call in baseball history and this bat collection has a Louisville Slugger (34-3/4") signed by Bobby Thompson and Ralph Branca in blue felt tip. Burnt into the bat is "Shot heard round the world" Polo Grounds-N.Y. October 3, 1951 7 of 51. The other 7 unused bats include a Yogi Berra Louisville Slugger (33-3/4") signed in blue felt tip along with the words “H.O.F. 72,” a Don Mattingly Louisville Slugger Model M110 bat (33-3/4") autographed in blue felt tip, a Duke Snider Louisville Slugger (33-3/4") signed in silver felt tip and imprinted with the words “Elected to Cooperstown August 3, 1980,” a signed Stan "The Man" Musial Louisville Slugger (34"), a Reggie Jackson Rawlings Big Stick (33-1/2"), a Willie Stargell Rawlings Big Stick (33-3/4") signed with “475 HR”, and a Frank Thomas Rawlings Big Stick (33-3/4") signed in blue felt tip.
