This authentic "Cry Baby" fuzz/ wah-wah distortion pedal (serial #2228575) was made by the Thomas Organ Company. It is signed by the late great axe wizard himself and is inscibed "Larry, Soul To Soul '84 Stevie Ray Vaughn" on the bottom in silver marker. One can only imagine the sounds that travelled through this gizmo on their way out of the amps as Stevie did his thing.
