The centerpiece of this lot is a game-worn Miami Dolphins helmet sported by safety Louis Oliver during his seven-year career in Florida. After an All-American career at the University of Florida, Oliver stayed close to home as he was drafted in the first round (25th overall) by Miami in 1989. This size 7 1/2 Riddell helmet shows use and is signed by Oliver on the front in 7.5/10 black Sharpie. Also included is a newspaper article from the November 8, 2011 Sun Sentinel regarding Oliver's induction into the Broward County Sports Hall of Fame.
