This very rare program from the short-lived Pottsville team features Ernie Nevers in the Duluth lineup. The lot comes with a signed album page of Nevers from the day of the game and includes an original snapshot of Nevers and a later print. It is dated 11/20/27 and the signature grades 9/10 in black fountain ink. The program has multiple creases and is in VG condition. Nevers - a college and pro football Hall of Famer - also played professional baseball with the St. Louis Browns. The Maroons played between 1925-29 before moving to Boston.
