Sliding in at a massive 572 cards, 1959 Topps was the largest set of the 40s and 50s, expanding over 1958s 494-card effort. The unique circle design and vivid colors were an innovative way for Topps to close out the decade. This set is a consistent EX-EXMT overall with not many cards noted below EX. The three Mantles grade EX, and so does the Gibson rookie and Aaron. The Maris and Koufax are EXMT and the Clemente is NRMT. A colorful evenly-matched gem.
