Contains a 45 rpm picture sleeve signed by John Lennon. This is an art piece in that he has purposely signed it on his forehead to represent his “mind.” In archival frame, also holding the original apple disk. Signed in person for Christopher Lewe who met John Lennon by acting as an unofficial bodyguard for him on May 16, 1975, during Lennon's visit to the TVG Radio Studios WPVI/WFIL to participate in the "Helping Hand Marathon." The September 2002 issue of Maxim Bender Music magazine features a photo of Mr. Lewe with John from the event. Signed in blue ink by Lennon. The lot includes an autographed letter signed by Lewe, recounting his meeting with Lennon.
