Like James Dean, iconic '50s film star and cultural icon Marilyn Monroe died at a very young age, but in this 19x24" charcoal and color pencil on board original by Robert Stephen Simon, Norma Jean Baker is frozen in time as an incomparable sex symbol. Marilyn's last film - "The Misfits" - was released in 1961, the year before she died.
