This is the actual rubber mouthpiece used by "Iron" Mike Tyson in his first championship fight against Trevor Berbick on November 22, 1986. Tyson destroyed Berbick to win his first title. The mouthpiece is perfectly intact (having been used for less than two rounds). Comes with its original blue plastic case which is marked, "Tyson Mouthpiece Tyson-Berbick." Comes with a letter of authenticity from Tyson's early assistant manager Steve Lott who took possession of the mouthpiece immediately after the fight and with a video of the fight showing Tyson using the mouthpiece while in the ring.
