These are the championship fight worn gloves used by "Iron" Mike Tyson in his title defense against Tony Tucker on August 1, 1987. The gloves are red leather with an Everlast manufacturer's label at each wrist and they are marked, "Tyson-Tucker." Inside the right glove are the names of Tyson's manager Jimmy Jacobs and also Ken Bayliss. The left glove has Jacobs' name only. The gloves are well worn, but perfectly intact. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Tyson's early assistant manager Steve Lott and a video of the fight showing Tyson wearing the gloves.
