1956 New York Giants ring is the real deal. This one is extra special as it was awarded to Giants star defensive tackle, Jim Katcavage. All original with a blue stone and inset diamond on top. Around the rim on the top is the wording "NEW YORK GIANTS WORLD CHAMPIONS, N.Y. 47, CHI. 7." One shank features the Giant football player towering over the New York skyline with "19" below, while the other shank has "NFL 56." Ring is stamped by Dieges & Clust inside the band and also marked 10K. Mr. Katcavage cherished this ring and wore it throughout his lifetime. It does show some wear but still looks very nice and grades EX (6/10). Ring is accompanied by an LOA from a Katacavge family member.
