1930s major league infielder Rabbit Warstler was a member of the 1934 Philadelphia Athletics team that spent part of the postseason touring Japan and The Philippines. This nearly complete album of 8"x10" photos chronicle the tour in stunning detail. One album showcases 21 photos, which are all mounted on heavy album pages. The photos themselves are mostly NRMT whiles the pages are VG. The front and back covers are missing, along with some other contents like the signed team sheet. The original binding is still in good shape. The second album has 17 full photos and one which is torn. Many of these are duplicates from the first set and some are not fully mounted. Among the notable photos are an aerial shot of the stadium, ceremonial shots, the ship on which the team sailed, and a sit-down dinner (sushi, no doubt).
