Hall of Fame ace Herb Pennock made the big leap from high school to the majors with the 1912 Philadelphia A's, with whom he won the first of his seven World Series titles. The left-hander signed this official American League baseball, which appears to have had another signature removed. Otherwise, the ball shows some toning and is in overall EX condition. Pennock also won two titles with the Red Sox and four more with the Yankees.
