From the 1930s to the 1990s dates this impressive collection of game model and game used caps. The oldest is a circa 1936 Spalding model worn by Fred Fitzsimmons and has his name sewn in the band. There's a mid-1940s Goldsmith attributed to Johnny Rucker with pockets on each side of the cap for a protective liner. Also included in the lot are an early 1950s McAuliffe with a broken brim; late 1950s San Francisco cap by McAuliffe; late 1970s by New Era; 1980s by New Era; and early 1990s by New Era.
