This Hillerich & Bradsby model S44 game-used autographed baseball bat belonged to Yankee legend Thurman Munson. Dating to 1977-1979, this bat was also used by popular teammate Graig Nettles, as evidenced by "NET" written in black marker on the knob of the bat. This bat shows nice use, with pine tar residue clearly visible on the handle, and ball and cleat marks on the barrel. There is also an unrepaired crack in the bat approximately 14 inches from the knob. Munson's autograph appears very lightly directly under the "Thurman Munson Louisville Slugger" stamp on the barrel of the bat. This bat weighs 27.5 ounces and measures 35 inches.
