Super rare 8 x 10 inch signed photo of the first African-American Middleweight Champion. Flowers won the Championship from Harry Greb in 1926 and died one year later due to complications from surgery while having scar tissue removed from his eye. Photo is a professional black and white shot with photographer's cartouche at the lower left hand corner. Signed in 8/10 black fountain ink, "Sincerely Theodore 'Tiger' Flowers". Photo appears EX and comes with an LOA.
