ITEM DESCRIPTION

||||||||||||||
This Major Series baseball bagatelle coin-op tabletop machine dates from the 1940s and was manufactured by Rock-ola, the jukebox company. Standing 18 1/2" high and measuring 14 x 9" at the base, with a shape rather resembling a jukebox, it features a baseball diamond on the front and a plaque in the lower right stating "10 balls for 5 cents." The object is to get the five red and five blue balls into the metal holders that count for the highest number of points. There is a coin slot and a metal flipper on the right side, and the game is encased in an attractive painted wooden console with baseballs and bats painted on the sides. The game works but needs to be oiled, and comes with two keys to open up the back. Excellent condition.
