This is one photograph we haven't seen before - the Boston Braves baseball team visiting the White House on April 8, 1922. The entire team is shown in this panoramic photo, including Rube Marquard, Billy Southworth and Hank Gowdy, all dressed in suits and ties with their hats in hand. There is an "X" drawn at the feet of one of the players, indicating the likelihood that the photograph was presented to him. The photo has been framed and measures 25 1/2 x 11". This is a unique piece that will surely provide a welcome addition to any vintage baseball collection.
