Boxing Hall of Famer Marvelous Marvin Hagler wore these Everlast boxing gloves during his stellar middleweight boxing career. Purchased during the 1980s from a PBS auction in Boston, the gloves have hung at the Sports Museum of New England in Boston for about 15 years. The brown leather gloves, still laced, are mounted in a plexiglass display case along with a 4 x 5" black and white portrait of Hagler. An inscription on the back of the right glove reads "Marvelous Marvin Hagler Champion & friend Keep Punching in Life." A nice addition to any boxing collection.
