Lot 431: 1957 New York Yankee American League Championship Ring

UPDATE: This is not an exact duplicate. It varies slightly from those that the players received. This ring was made at a later date.
This ring, topped with rubies, sapphires, and cubic zirconias, is a sample ring which is identical to rings given to the players, and is pretty rare to see one of these from the 1950's. The ring is a 10K made by Balfour, and is a size 10.25. The inside has been engraved with, "8A 69698 - Bank". The face of the ring says, "Yankees, American League Champions". Each side of the ring says "1957", with a raised gold baseball underneath.
