This 1914 B-18 blanket measures 66 x 46" and was made from 140 mini 5 1/4 x 5 1/4" square soft flannel tobacco "blankets" featuring players like Joe Jackson, Ty Cobbs, Shanks, Chapman, Dolan, Graney, McBride, Murray, Steele, Olson, Candil, Fletcher, Bassler, Huggins, O'Neill, Wiltse, Kavanaugh, and others. It was popular during this time period to use the flannel squares, originally wrapped around tobacco, and make a blanket out of them. This is truly a nice piece of vintage baseball memorabilia.
