Boxing poster for the exhibition fight between heavyweight champion Joe Louis and Johnny Shkor at the Boston Garden on November 14, 1949. Poster has undergone moderate restoration; it is the only specimen known. Measures 23 x 16" and is framed to 29 x 32"; the corners are missing and the bottom edge has several large areas of paper loss. Rare item in any condition.
