Paul Stewart is the only person ever to have both played and officiated in the NHL. Stewart played in the WHA with Mark Messier (buying him his first beer), and also played in the NHL. From the 1994-95 hockey season until his retirement in 2003, Stewart officiated in the NHL wearing number 22 and never donned a protective helmet. This authentic NHL referee jersey is signed by Stewart and he added his 1010th game inscription. It has an NHL patch on the front left, a CCM label on the back above his number 22, and a CCM size 54 tag in the collar. Great collectible from a very unique hockey personality.
