Black and white photo shows the natural Marilyn Monroe with very little or no make-up, hair not styled, wearing a hat and with a look of sadness in her eyes. Beautiful photo was taken by Roy Schatt, who became world famous for his series of James Dean photographs, taken before Dean became a star. Schatt lived to be 93 years old, and died in 2002. Photo measures 11x14", and is signed and dated (1958) by the photographer. Back of the photo is stamped with "Roy Schatt," and "Marilyn Monroe" is written in black felt ink.
