Often available are bed sheet swatches from the Riviera Hotel in New York and a few other cities; however, I cannot recall ever seeing one like this from a San Francisco hotel. It comes with LOA dated December 21, 1964. Content reads "we received your letter requesting something that the Beatles touched, I am happy to enclose a piece of sheet from rooms 1548, 49 and 50, which the Beatles occupied, etc., etc. (I honestly do not know if this is from George Harrison's bed or not." Signed by the receptionist to the general manager.
