Pair of 1.5" thick scrapbooks contain scores and scores of newspaper articles and photographs relating to the catcher/spy, collected and archived by the man himself. Berg must have spent endless hours creating these two volumes, which begins with a childhood double-photo of Berg, then jumps to several pages from his Princeton days before continuing on to his Major League career. Covers have come loose from one of the volumes, but pages inside are very strong. A fascinating and a mazingly complete historical work.
