Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Joseph Durso." 3) Mickey's 1972 Income Tax Return. This is unsigned since it was his personal copy. Some wear. 4) 1975 letter to Mickey from his doctor concerning a blood test. 5) 1978 Mickey Mantle, Jr. signed minor league contract. Torn with piece missing.
