This pair of portaits by artist Nathalie Rattner are amongst the most photo-real pieces of art we have ever seen. The two black and white drawings are done in a special shaved graphite / charcoal "painting" technique developed by the artist, which allowed her to achieve such incredible results. Featuring the likeness of baseball greats Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio, these pieces are in amazing condition, and have been framed to roughly 23x27.5". Both men are depicted from the waist up in their Boston and New York uniforms, respectively. The intense detail and life in these paintings are simply incredible, and has caused more than a few double-takes when viewers were informed they were looking at a drawing.
