Virgil Ross was one of the pioneers of modern animation. Though he did a great deal of work on classic cartoon icons like Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, and more from the classic Warner Brother's roster, he was most well known for his work on their quintesssntial cartoon character, Bugs Bunny. This piece, an original sketch from the '90s, is a sketch on 10x12 white paper in pen, pencil, and colored pencil, depicting Bugs in a sticky situation on the baseball field, on the bad side of burley player. It's signed with Ross' distinct signature, and has three holes punched along the left side of the paper.
