A Detroit Tiger for a full twenty-one years, Al Kaline came to be known by fans as "Mr. Tiger" because his presence with the team was so ubiquitous. This 35 inch, 34 ounce Louisville Slugger team-index bat is Kaline's personal model, and has his signature in blue sharpie down the barrel. Though not cut from high-quality wood, this bat is still a nice piece of game-used memorabilia, with good use overall and pine tar on the handle. On the knob, the number 9 is written on in faded marker, over a stamped in model "S2."
