Original player's contract in which pitcher and future Hall of Famer Jesse Haines agreed to play for the St. Louis National Baseball Club during the year 1935 for the princely sum of $6500.00. This four-sided document was signed in ink on February 12, 1935, by Hall of Famers Haines and Branch Rickey. Contract is in EX-MT condition with typical mailing folds.
