Label affixed on inside reads “Hugh Fullerton’s Souvenir, All America Football Dinner, Appreciation to my newspaper friends, and in Honor of Knute Rockne - Tad Jones - Glenn Warner - Fielding Vost, and my other Associates, Christy Walsh.” Wood base has gold plate which reads, “Hugh Fullerton, Compliments of Christy Walsh.”
