Very rare Spalding Fielder's figural trophy. Metal fielder stands atop a silver plated platform, reaching gracefully for the approaching baseball. One from the desirable series started by Spalding in the 1920's. Raised letters on the base read "Won by" by the area to be engraved is blank. Below the blank area is the Spalding logo..The entire piece (16" high) sits atop a painted black wood base with the Dieges and Clust tag on the back of the base. Condition: Trophy retains its wonderful unpolished patina and is in excellent condition.
