Who knew that Willard Hershberger and Arky Vaughn attended high school together? 1929 Fullerton Union High School yearbook is signed by two students who went on to have big league baseball careers. Hershberger is pictured on page 28 and has signed in 8/10 black ink by his photo. Baseball Hall of Famer, Floyd Vaughan has signed in 7/10 black ink on page 132 which features a photo of him on the baseball team. Interesting to note that both of these players met untimely, tragic deaths-Hershberger by suicide and Vaughan by drowning. Book is EX.
