Original orchestral arrangements used for performances and recording by the great Lady Day. The songs are Blue Moon, Nice Work, Too Marvelous, Them There Eyes, Please Don't Talk About Me, You Took Advantage of Me, Nobody's Business, Porgy, Always, Sometimes I'm Happy, A Love Affair, Some Changes Made, All of You, For All We Know, Sleepy Time Down South, Don't Worry 'Bout Me, Please Come Home, I've Got My Love & Just Plain Talkin'. Top of each clearly printed "Billie Holiday." All are handwritten. Each measures 12.5x9.5" and are two foldover pages. EX+ overall. From the personal effects of legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday, "the greatest jazz singer there ever was." Obtained from her last husband, Louis McCay.
