ITEM DESCRIPTION
|
||||||||||||
One of the most difficult and desirable signed photos of all. This is from the scrapbook of a 1930's NYC Big Band musician by the name of Joe Hall. We viewed the scrapbook of entertainers in person before it was broken. Still is 8x10" and is from a South American film starring the Stooges with Moe Howard, Curly Howard and Larry Fine. Larry & Moe are dressed as Mexican dancers while Curly has a Carmen Miranda thing going. Larry & Curly have signed with their first names in black fountain pen ink. The other reads, "To Our Pal Joe…Sincere Good Wishes From The Stooges…Moe." Larry is mint, Moe inscription is an 8/10, and the Curly has a slight smudge o/w it is very dark and mint. Back scrapbook marks on back; o/w the photo itself is EX.
