Fascinating collection of oils on board and canvas of the great modern champions. Includes Hector "Macho" Camacho (great burning eyes), Azumah Nelson (with black panther!), Alexis Arguello (splendid). Spectacular oil paintings were used for the cover of this, the preeminent Mexican boxing magazine of the last few decades: Ring Mundial. These one-of-a-kind paintings which are mostly oil-on-canvas (they were then mounted on artist's board), each measure about 20x15". They are in EX-MT condition and were obtained from the daughter of Valente Perez, the sportsman-entrepreneur-artist who published the magazine and also did these paintings!
