Notes: Congressional resolution #1370 congratulating Pete Rose for hitting safely in 44 straight games. The 1st page of the resolution is signed in black sharpie by Pete Rose in the bottom border. There is also a handwritten letter on “Congress of the United States” letterhead asking for Pete Rose to sign the resolution for the staff of Florida representative Bill Chappell.
