UPDATE: Pen and ink illustration appears to be a print that has been inked. It is not clear who the artist was that inked the print.
Notes: Hal Foster used to draw “Tarzan” but in 1937 he created the strip “Prince Valiant” and it still runs today. Includes pen and ink illustration signed by Hal Foster in the lower right corner and a series of pencil sketches on one sheet of paper dated “Nov 9” but no year. Both about 8 x 10’’.
