Notes: This is the remainder or “catch-all” lot collected by a sportswriter and most of the material dates from the 1960’s through the 1990’s. It includes hardcover books, soft cover books, guides, fact books, Sportswriter’s Dinner programs, Christmas cards from teams, Track and Field, Regatta, Olympics, Horseracing, Golf, Bowling, and much more. Also of note is a grouping of about 50-100 1920’s and 1930’s AAU track programs from the collection of track star Edward Friedman with his notes throughout as well as souvenirs such as the numbers that he wore on his uniform.
