Ink rates 7 to 8 out of 10. 2) 9 x 13'' c. 1910 vintage composite has been signed "Sincerely Phila Jack O'Brien" on the bottom in 5 to 7 out of 10 black ink. Photo has a small chip off the bottom left corner along with mild staining.
