Direct from the cavernous archives of the San Francisco Examiner come these photos of Detroit Tigers Manager Del Baker. They date from the late 1930's through the early 1940's. There is one announcing his appointment as Tigers skipper after the firing of Mickey Cochrane. Other images include Baker pictured with Connie Mack, Schoolboy Rowe, Bill McKechnie and Joe McCarthy among others. Sizes are mostly 8" x 10" and conditions average EX or better.
