The Province of Quebec Football Association was formed in 1911. 1'' 10k gold medal reads "Montreal League Championship P.Q.F.A." and "Concordia Salus" on the front. The back is engraved "Iberville F.C. - J.P. Denholm 1930 - Birks 10K". Very nice.
