The blue and white leather suitcase was presented to DiMaggio at an Old Timers Day game played at Yankee Stadium on August 13, 1977. Suitcase remains unused and includes its original shipping box addressed to DiMaggio from the Yankees and the condition of the suitcase is MT. A letter of provenance accompanies the suitcase from Joe DiMaggio's granddaughters stating that the aforementioned suitcase did indeed belong to their beloved grandfather.
