It is a rare find to get a 1946 World Series program is such NRMT condition, let alone a program that is signed by 27 members of the World Championship St. Louis Cardinals team. The illustrations and paper quality of the program is outstanding, the only damage is the back cover which appears to have has some kind of adhesive attached to it and the program appears to have been placed in a scrapbook, when it was removed the back cover was torn, otherwise the program is pristine. The 9 x 12” program was manufactured by the Sullivan Bros. and covered the 1946 series between the Cardinals and the Red Sox. The signatures are written with a steel tip fountain pen in brown, blue and black ink. The signatures range in quality from 6.5-8.5/10, and some of the more notable players who have signed are Stan Musial, Enos Slaughter, Martin Marion, Delbert Rice, Al Schoendienst, and 22 other members of the championship team.
