The Seventeenth Annual Chicago Chapter Baseball Writers’ Association of America scorecard program is inscribed on the front cover and signed by legendary Yankee, Mickey Mantle. The inscription is written in black ball point pen and the strength of the signature scores an 8.5/10. The document which includes the evening’s menu also lists all of the league dignitaries who were seated on the dais for the evening’s festivities. The right side of the single page program has a small tear that measures about 1” in length; however this does not at all affect the high quality signature on the front cover.
