The fact that Lebron James would be a NBA star was never really in doubt. The fact that he was named Ohio's "Mr Basketball" three times in high school had the media attending his every game and photographers snapping his picture at every opportunity. Because of the media frenzy surrounding this stand out player, the January 13th 2003 issue of Sports Illustrated featured a four page article on the phenom as he was about to play his last high school game. The part that is important to this lot though is that right there, on page 71, is a full page photo of Lebron wearing this very mouth piece. The words "King James" and number "#23" clearly visible making for a perfect photo match. The mouthpiece is well used with a perfect imprint of this teeth. Fine condition with typical wear.
